nothing like waiting an hour just to get in! And the staff clearly doesn't understand hospitality. asking for another key was treated like I was begging. i expected at least a complimentary gesture for all the hassle, but alas, just disappointment. who knew Florence would be this frustrating?

Perfect for a nice getaway
The staff made it special! We love how they surprised our friend with a birthday treat after I casually mentioned it! The clean room had all the essentials, and the breakfast was quite good with a variety of choices that kicked off our mornings perfectly.
It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for, and it was still acceptable.

Perfect spot in Florence!
We had such a great time here! Super clean and modern room with an awesome balcony view. Breakfast was delish, especially the fresh-baked pastries. The area had lots of cool restaurants, so we were always well-fed. Just wished the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger. Can't wait to return!
